To all the Staff at Hilltop School:

Emily has been attending Hilltop for almost 2 ½ years and now my newest addition, Madison has the pleasure of being part of the Hilltop family.

I want to express my deepest appreciation and thanks for all of the support, care and nurturing that you give my children. When I knew that I was returning to work, I had to decide who would be with my child all day and feel comforted that she would be cared for as I would had I been home.

When I leave my children with the staff I always know that they are being cared for as if they were your very own children. I frequently get updates on how they are feeling and know how their day was at school. When they have been ill, they are properly monitored to ensure that they are feeling better. If there is a concern, it has always been brought to my attention. I could not ask for better people to be with my children during the day.

Thank you for all that you do every day. Thank you for not only watching my children, but caring for them as you would your own. And, thank you for making our family part of the Hilltop family.

Love,
Kimberly Gordon

2009:

Hilltop Staff,

We have had a wonderful experience at Hilltop for preschool and summer camp. We are so happy to have had Miss Doreen for Nicole’s teacher as she has taught her so much. Because of Nicole’s time at Hilltop she will have no problem with the transition into Kindergarten.

During summer camp she learned how to swim and when she took the deep end test I wasn’t sure who was more excited, Nicole or Miss Linda. The teachers truly care about their students. We are thankful to Miss Doreen, Miss Kim, and Miss Linda for all of the time they took with Nicole. We will use Hilltop again and continue to recommend Hilltop to other parents.

Thanks Again,
The Mannikus Family

Dear Mrs. Laing, Ms. Heather, & Miss Janet,

This is an opportunity to say thank you for making me a part of your family at Hilltop Nursery School. It is a home away from home, a place where parents can bring their children and do not have to bat an eyelid, and no other staff can compare to the dedicated, loving, and caring members of your staff. On behalf of Toye, and Tito, we say a BIG THANK YOU! You are brightly appreciated.

Love Always,
Adun Sobayo

May 2003:

All too often, people feel compelled to break out the pen and paper when something is wrong. Well, I thought you may enjoy some positive feedback!

I have been using Hilltop (Bayville) for 2 ½ years now. My daughter, Hailey, is in Room 4 and my son, Dean, is in Room 6. I have never been as happy as I am now with my kids’ teachers.

As a mom, it is heart-wrenching to leave my children with anyone other than family, Danielle and Erin especially are wonderful with Dean and Hailey. My husband and I really appreciate the hard work, patience, and caring Danielle and Erin give to Dean. They make it easier for us to leave our kids in daycare knowing that our children are cared for by them.

Also, we really like Carol, Kira, & Denise in Room 4. Hailey is always in a good mood when I come to pick her up. She is always talking about the art projects she did, etc. I thank these three teachers as well for their teaching, guidance, and caring towards my daughters.

Very Sincerely,
Tara Carskadden

Dear Ms. Laing:

I would like to let you know what a wonderful job I think Mrs. Kristyn is doing. She is a friendly, caring teacher whom I feel comfortable leaving my daughter Laci in her care. To be honest, I’ve always been apprehensive about daycare, and I felt guilty and nervous putting Laci in, but I had no other choice. Over the past month, I feel so much more at ease because Mrs. Kristyn has made the transition easier for us. I’m kept updated daily about Laci’s progress and feel that Mrs. Kristyn has become a friend of our family rather than just Laci’s educator.

When school started, it was a fight to get Laci to go because she didn’t want to leave me, now she asks me everyday, “Is it time to go to school and see Mrs. Kristyn, Mommy?” Laci loves coming to Hilltop, and I love the teachers and staff who are always friendly and remember the childrens names even when they are not always with them or in their class. I will gladly recommend Hilltop to anyone who asks for a referral to a child care establishment. Thank you all for making the transition an easier one for myself and my family. You will always be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Annette Barberio

To: Hilltop Nursery
From: Rosalind Zahariou

As you know, it is with deep regret that Dana and Christopher’s last day at Hilltop will be on July 18th, 2003, due to the fact we are moving back up to North Jersey, to be closer to our family.

My greatest concern when I moved to Toms River, from North Jersey, was of course, the daycare that Christopher and Dana attended. It was immediately, that I knew, that they were in good and loving hands. Every morning since their first day, 4/15/02, they have been greeted by smiling faces and open arms.

I am so lucky that Dana and Christopher had each and every one of you, to love them, and care for them each and every day.

Thank you all at Hilltop for being so caring and wonderful. I feel you all have been Christopher and Dana’s guardian angels, and we truly miss all of you.

Thanks again, we will never forget you.

Love,
Roz, Christopher and Dana

Dear Mrs. Laing:

In our home during the past two years, Hilltop has become a household word.

In this day and age, all to frequently, business and service organizations come under the heading of mediocrity. It’s a rare occasion when we are able to point a finger at a measure of excellence. You and your staff certainly do excel at your trade.

Of all the toys Nicholas has, and we are guilty of overindulgence, his most treasured are a pair of scissors, a box of crayons, and “tons” of paper. He almost always continues at home with his school projects.

You taught Nick that Mother nature and wildlife are fascinating subjects. More importantly, you taught him that the learning process can be a happy and interesting one.

Our heartfelt thanks thanks to you and your staff for your tremendous influence on Nick’s formulative years, and for the happiness you’ve brought to all of us.

Our best wishes for your continued success.

Sincerely,
Carolynn & Joe Barletta

1/14/2010:

Hilltop Nursery School Kindergarten program was the answer to my prayers. I was looking for a program that could challenge my son. I spent many days visiting schools both public and private to find a program where the staff was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I wanted my child to be prepared for first grade academically and socially. Many programs put most of the emphasis on academics without promoting social skills, and then there were those that gave very little academic instruction and seemed more like a babysitting service. I wanted a good balance of both and I found it at Hilltop.

When I walked into Hilltop I was greeted with a smile and taken on a tour of the facility. The staff was wonderful. I was introduced to his teacher and she answered all of my questions, it was obvious to me she had tons of experience. After the first week of school I knew I had made the correct decision. My son was being challenged, making friends, and gaining a love for education.

He is now in the second grade, in the accelerated program and enjoys going to school. He has many friends and his teachers are always raving about how well he’s doing. I attribute his success to the hard work and dedication of the Hilltop staff. They got him started on the way to a bright future. I would whole heartedly recommend the Hilltop Kindergarten program to anyone that is looking to give their child the best education possible.

Sincerely,
Barbara Farley
